Ashley Juavinett, PhD

Ashley is an educator, writer, and neuroscientist currently working as an Associate Teaching Professor at UC San Diego. She is the author of "So You Want To Be a Neuroscientist?" and leads a research lab which seeks to develop best practices for teaching computing in biology. Ashley spends most days thinking about how we teach and learn about the brain and ultimately, ourselves.
