Cat Hicks, PhD

Cat is a psychologist who studies software teams, a research leader, an empirical interventionist, and a creative entrepreneur. She's the founder of Catharsis Consulting and the Developer Success Lab and holds a PhD in Quantitative Psychology from UC San Diego. She loves using data, storytelling, and empathic community-based methods to make sense of the world and help people learn to drive real, lasting change.
